The European Regulations (EC) 1907/2006 concerning the Regulation, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) came into force on 1 June 2007. (Pre-)registration is required in the EU for manufactures of products using Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC), e.g. textiles, cars, electronic chips, on 30 November 2008, November 2010, June 2013 and June 2018, depending on the levels or volumes of specified substances.
The products we supply do not release SVHC chemicals (they are defined as “preparations in containers” and do not contain free substances above 0.1 mass-% per product) that are included in the ECHA Candidate List of 15 December 2010 and the second Annex XIV list of 17 December 2010. Consequently the obligations in No. 1 and 2 are not relevant.
