Declaration of Compliance with Regulations and Material Declaration
The Registration Evaluation Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals REACH 1907/2006 and all the restrictions adopted in the framework of REACH and the previous legislation, Directive 76/769/EEC (Annex XV11) requirements as they stand now are met. The products contain no Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) as listed in the European Chemical Agency (ECHA) web site list of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) and Substances restricted under REACH (Annex XVII) except for lead (Pb) that only applies to the products with machined metal components (ie: Terminal bodies with threads). Refer to detailed list of WECO products covered under exemption 6c at link stated above.
As of 22nd May 2024, Annex XVII to REACH contains 73 unique substances/entries.
On 21st January 2025, ECHA increased the number of substances on the SVHC List to 247 substances.
