Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Metway Electrical Industries Limited. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Metway Electrical Industries Limited (the Company).

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, the Company will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

The Company will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or at its sole digression, replace the Product.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from the Company is two (2) years from the date of invoice. For specific products, an extended five (5) year warranty may be offered.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good for two (2) years from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

The Limited Warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, improper or inadequate installation or maintenance, accidental or wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow the Company’s instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or modification or alteration or repair of the goods by unauthorised third parties or the customer.

The Company shall be under no obligation for any warranty where the invoice has not been paid in full by the due date.
